Facebook Messenger Auto Reply for Business: Coming Soon to EasyMall

We are building AI auto replies for Facebook Messenger, Facebook comments, Instagram and WhatsApp. They are not available yet. Today you can use the same AI assistant on your EasyMall store website.

  • Coming soon: Messenger replies

Answers to price, size and delivery questions in your page inbox, using what the AI knows about your shop.

  • Coming soon: comments, Instagram, WhatsApp

The plan is to cover the other places customers ask questions too, not only Messenger.

  • Available now: website AI assistant

The AI assistant already answers visitors on your store website in Bangla, Banglish and English, 24/7.

  • Set it up once

The products, files and notes you give the website assistant today are the same knowledge we plan to use for Messenger.

For most Bangladeshi sellers, Messenger is where the selling happens. It is also where the time goes: the same questions about price, size, colour and delivery charge, from early morning to past midnight. A Facebook Messenger auto reply for business that actually understands your products would take a large part of that work off your hands.

What Messenger auto reply will do

The goal is an AI assistant connected to your Facebook Page inbox that:

  • Replies to common questions automatically, using your products, prices and stock from EasyMall
  • Uses the files and notes you upload, such as price lists, size charts and policies
  • Answers in Bangla, Banglish or English, matching the customer
  • Sends the right product link so the customer can order through your cash on delivery checkout
  • Lets you step in and take over a conversation whenever you want

We also plan to bring auto replies to Facebook comments, Instagram and WhatsApp. Details may change as we build and test, and we will only describe these as available once they are live.

Why it matters for Bangladeshi sellers

  • Slow replies lose sales. A customer who asks the price on three pages usually buys from the one that answers first.
  • Basic Messenger tools are limited. Facebook's own saved replies and instant replies are useful, but they cannot look up a product's price or stock.
  • Late-night messages pile up. Waking up to a full inbox means some customers have already moved on.
  • Eid and campaign rushes bring more messages than one person can handle.

What you can use today: the website AI assistant

The same AI technology is already live on your EasyMall store website. Here is how to get value from it now:

  1. Create your free store and add your products with clear prices, sizes and stock.
  2. Upload your knowledge: price lists, size charts, delivery and return policies, in PDF, Word or Excel, or as typed notes.
  3. Test the assistant on your website with questions your customers usually send, in Bangla and Banglish.
  4. Point Messenger customers to your website. When someone asks "price?", reply with the product link. On the product page they see the price and details, and can ask the AI assistant any follow-up question at any hour.
  5. Use Facebook's built-in tools as a bridge. Set an instant reply in your Page inbox that greets customers and shares your website link, and saved replies for common answers.

When Messenger auto reply launches, the products and knowledge you have already added will be ready to use. You will not need to start again. Read more on the AI chatbot for online shops page.

Tips to cut Messenger workload right now

  • Put the price in the post. "Inbox for price" increases messages but also annoys many buyers.
  • Write one reply template for delivery charges and time, inside and outside Dhaka, and save it.
  • Share product links, not photos, so customers can order themselves.
  • Pin a post with your website link, delivery charges and return policy.
  • Set reply times. Tell customers when you confirm orders, for example "we call to confirm between 11 a.m. and 6 p.m."

Who it will be for

  • Facebook Page sellers who spend hours a day answering the same questions
  • Shops running ads that bring in a flood of messages
  • Sellers who want a 24/7 response without hiring staff for night shifts
  • Businesses that already use the EasyMall website assistant

Plans

AI replies on EasyMall come with each plan: 10 chat replies to try on the free plan, and 500, 1,100 or 2,000 replies a month on Starter (৳699/month), Growth (৳999/month) and Pro (৳1,099/month). How Messenger replies will count toward these limits will be confirmed at launch.
